2. Training

of the staff are improved. In the light of the training need
of different branches, corresponding training plans are arranged,
which enables the staff to be qualified and merge into the
company's culture.

We hold that those who have both are certified, those having
integrity but lacking ability are defective, and those having
ability but lacking integrity is forgery. The quality and
